Qualifications

• Gather and document business requirements with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate requirements into sprint-ready user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and delivery teams across projects.
• Exposure to regulatory and compliance initiatives is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements and prioritise initiatives across streams.
• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear user stories.
• Create user stories and walk through with business and technology teams.
• Support planning and implementation of both business and technical components.
• Assist delivery through design, testing, and traceability from requirements to tests.
• Prepare stakeholder communications, demos and training materials.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to business case development.
