Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering and process mapping experience.
• Experience developing user stories, acceptance criteria and detailed business documentation.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience supporting projects through testing, UAT and implementation.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work across multiple projects and competing priorities.

We’re looking for a Business Analyst to join an established financial services organisation and support a growing pipeline of business and technology change.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technology functions, you’ll help define requirements, improve processes and support solutions through the full delivery lifecycle.

This would suit a mid-level BA looking to broaden their exposure across regulatory, operational and technology-led transformation.

Key Responsibilities Include
