Job summary

Xplor Search is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join a capital markets-focused team in Sydney. You will drive trading systems workflows, engage with stakeholders, and ensure smooth testing and support across project lifecycles.

The role is hybrid with 3 days in the Sydney CBD and 2 days remote, initially 6 months with a strong likelihood of extension. Experience in equities and agile delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Extensive business analysis experience within capital markets or investment banking.
• Proficient with SQL and data querying in complex tech projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and delivery practices.

About The Contract

• 6 Months initially, highly likely to extend to 12 months and beyond.
• 3 days in Sydney CBD, 2 days WFH Hybrid work set up
