Job summary

Interfi Systems PTY LTD in Sydney is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join the Field Operations Team. You will bridge clients and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined and translated into actionable work for delivery in the financial services space.

The role focuses on eliciting and documenting business needs, writing user stories and specifications, and supporting QA through UAT, with a strong emphasis on agile collaboration and smooth deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software or technology environment.
• Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation and stakeholder management.
• Experience writing user stories and functional specifications.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Field Operations Team. You will bridge the gap between our clients and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly defined, well-documented and translated into actionable work. This is a critical role that directly impacts the quality and efficiency of our delivery pipeline, and you will work across a range of client engagements in the financial services space.
