Watmar Engineering is seeking an organised and reliable Business Administration Assistant to join our team on a permanent part-time basis. This is a varied, hands-on role providing administrative support across the business including general administration, accounts, operations, purchasing and HSEQ.
As a small team, we work closely together and cross-train across key business functions. Training will be provided; prior administration experience is advantageous but not essential.

You will assist with the administration of the business and help ensure our records, systems and processes are kept organised and up to date.
As a small team, we work closely together, with team members cross-trained across key business functions to provide support where required. Some responsibilities will be regular day-to-day tasks, while others are completed periodically or as required. This role will suit someone who enjoys variety, is adaptable and is comfortable moving between different administrative tasks as business priorities change.
Watmar Engineering is a Fluid System Engineering Specialist servicing the Defence, Marine, and Resources sectors. The business is headquartered in Naval Base, Western Australia, and delivers projects and services both locally and nationally across a range of client sites and operational environments. Its primary business activities include Mechanical and Electrical maintenance and repair services, specialist equipment and componentry sales, and equipment and systems manufacturing.
