Kambala in Sydney, NSW is seeking a casual Bus Driver to support sport, excursions and events. The role offers $43/hr plus after hours and weekend penalties, with shifts across Mon-Fri and some weekends, averaging about 8–13 hours per week.

You must hold a valid NSW Light Rigid license, have a clean driving record with safety focus, and demonstrate patience, empathy and a calm, friendly demeanor around children.

The role:

• Bus Driver (Sport / Excursions / Events).
• Casual; $43/hr (plus after hours and weekend penalties).
• Shifts spread across Mon-Fri with some weekend work.
• Average 8 - 13 hours per week, including early morning starts and occasional night-time finishes.
• Drive mostly within Eastern Suburbs with some longer trips.

Must haves:

• Valid NSW Light Rigid drivers' license.
• Clean driving record with a strong understanding of road and passenger safety.
• Patience, empathy, and a calm demeanor around children.
• A warm, friendly, and personable manner.
• Demonstrated awareness of customer service and duty of care principles.
