Job summary

Greensill Farming Group, Bundaberg, Queensland, is seeking an experienced HR & WHS Manager to lead the HR and Workplace Health & Safety functions across its diverse agribusiness.

The role reports to the Head of Business Support and will own HR and WHS frameworks, policies and compliance, providing practical guidance to managers and staff while collaborating with operations to drive safe, productive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR and WHS management or advisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and workplace relations.
• Experience building and maintaining WHS systems and risk management.
• Experience coordinating audits and compliance actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and ongoing improvement of HR and WHS frameworks, systems, and policies.
• Provide practical HR advice to managers and staff across the business.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Oversee injury management, workers' compensation, and return to work processes.
• Collaborate with the Head of Business Support and ELT on HR, safety and compliance matters.
• Monitor legislative changes and ensure compliance.
