Lives Lived Well in Bundaberg, QLD, is seeking an experienced AOD Counsellor / Case Manager to join the Tokoko Integrated Recovery Pathways Program in the Wide Bay region. Based in Bundaberg, you will deliver evidence-based counselling, case management and recovery-focused support for people facing alcohol and other drug challenges.

The role includes travel across the region, with a 38-hour week and SCHADS Level 5 salary plus superannuation and salary packaging.

Qualifications

• Experience in alcohol and other drug counselling.
• Proven case management skills and recovery-focused practice.
• Ability to work across partner services and community teams.
