Hy-Tec Concrete & Aggregates is seeking a customer service/logistics professional to join our team in Silverwater, NSW. You will schedule bulk materials, liaise with suppliers and customers, and ensure compliance with HVNL and CoR.

The role requires prioritising workload, strong communication, and a proactive approach in a safety-focused environment. Monday to Saturday work pattern and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service or planning/scheduling function.
• Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Understanding of HVNL/CoR is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Use software to allocate bulk and raw materials.
• Liaise with internal and external customers.
• Ensure Chain of Responsibility and HVNL requirements are followed.
• Maintain allocation records, delivery dockets and transport documentation.
