Job summary

Heidelberg Materials is seeking a dedicated Concrete Batcher to support Concrete Operations across the Central Coast NSW region. The role requires safety focus, customer service, and accuracy in batching and loading for delivery.

Full-time, Monday to Friday with overtime and Saturdays as needed. Training is provided for the right candidate, with opportunities to work across multiple plants and contribute to Zero Harm and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Valid HR licence required.
• Front End Loader ticket advantageous, but not essential.
• Experience with concrete batching preferred or willingness to train.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to Zero Harm.

Responsibilities

• Manage batching and loading of Company fleet for delivery to our valued customers
• Make decisions that impact the overall performance of the business
• Quality control and plant maintenance
• Assume the responsibility of looking after the yard and ensuring housekeeping standards are maintained
• Total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
• Ensuring stock levels are maintained and ordering of raw materials to meet daily production requirements

Job description

We now have a fantastic opportunity for you to join the Heidelberg Materials team as an enthusiastic and professional Concrete Batcher to support Concrete Operations throughout the Central Coast Region of NSW .

You will be someone who is passionate about safety, results focused and holds a strong work ethic. Effective communication and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers is essential. Confidence with computers and previous batching experience will be highly regarded, however we are willing to train the right candidate.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday role with overtime and Saturdays in accordance with business needs. Start and finish times will vary, so flexibility is a must.

We have multiple plants with Heidelberg Materials & Hymix Australia throughout the NSW Central Coast, so if you are interested in joining the team, and we can discuss the most suitable locations for you.

In your new role with us, you will:

• Previous Concrete Batching experience will be highly regarded but not essential to be considered for this opportunity - Training will be provided
