Job summary

Hy-Tec is seeking an experienced customer service or logistics professional to join our team in Silverwater, NSW. You will schedule bulk materials fleet, ensure supply matches demand, and liaise with suppliers, plants, and customers to maximise efficiency and service delivery.

This role requires strong prioritisation, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a focus on safety and compliance under HVNL.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or planning/scheduling.
• Ability to prioritise in a fast-changing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of supply chain or HVNL compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Use software to allocate bulk materials.
• Liaise with internal and external customers.
• Ensure HVNL compliance and Chain of Responsibility (CoR) requirements.
• Maintain accurate allocation records and transport documentation.
• Support safety and procedural standards.
