Job summary

Earthborn Australia is seeking a loader operator to join our outdoor operations team in Queensland. The role involves operating front end loaders, excavators, and forklifts, with occasional overtime.

You will mix bulk orders of fertilizers and raw materials, support the Operations Manager, and work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. A forklift license (or willingness to obtain one) is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience operating a loader.
• Hold a current forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying equipment and fertilizer bags.
• Able to work outdoors, independently and as part of a team.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Weekday hours with occasional Saturdays; overtime required.

• Operating Machinery including Front End Loader, Excavator, Forklift.
• Mixing of specified bulk orders including multiple raw materials and fertilizers.
• Assisting Operations Manager and General Manager on remediation works carried out in the yard.

Job description

Successful composting facility is currently seeking a loader operator to start immediately. The role at times will require manual labor; the right candidate must enjoy working outdoors.

Minimum 1 year experience operating a loader

Physically fit as the role requires you to lift and carry equipment and fertilizer bags

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Verbal and written communication skills

Hold a current forklift license - or willing to get one.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, and occasional Saturdays. Overtime is a requirement of this role.
