Coral Homes is seeking a Building Supervisor to oversee multiple residential projects across the Sydney region, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule and to our high-quality standards.

The role is based at Oran Park construction office with travel across Sydney and a dual cab ute, fuel card, tablet and mobile phone provided. Career progression and dedicated training support are offered.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements and Covenants.
• Demonstrated ability to manage trades and labour on multi-site projects.
• Knowledge of WH&S requirements and safety protocols.

Description du poste

As a Building Supervisor with Coral Homes, you'll be responsible for overseeing multiple residential construction projects across the Sydney region, ensuring homes are delivered safely, on schedule, and to our high-quality standards. Working closely with trades, suppliers, customers, and internal teams, you'll play a key role in creating a positive building experience while maintaining strong attention to detail and a proactive, can-do approach.

This is a full-time position based out of our Oran Park construction office, working 7:30am-4pm Monday-Thursday and 7:30am-3pm on Fridays. Depending on project requirements, this role will involve travel throughout Sydney. A dual cab ute and fuel card are provided.

Duties & Responsibilities

Skills & Experience

• Sound technical knowledge (home building experience and background)
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
• Site Supervisor Licence (essential)
• Demonstrated experience asateam player who can work unsupervised
• Good forward planning / programming / organisational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent professional and personal presentation
• Full unencumbered driver's licence (essential)
