Job summary

McMahon Services is seeking a Building Site Manager to lead on-site activities in our Northern Territory team. You will work closely with the Project Management group to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

The role requires proven site leadership, construction experience, and the ability to coordinate with subcontractors while maintaining a strong safety culture. A defence clearance and pre-employment medical are favorable.

Qualifications

• Proven site management and project delivery experience in construction.
• Trade qualification or equivalent industry experience is required.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site activities and coordinate with Project Management.
• Maintain safety culture and standards on site.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
• Mentor and motivate site staff and subcontractors.
