Qualifications

• In lieu of a diploma, combination of experience and education will be considered.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a total facilities systems management program covering electrical, mechanical, life, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and safety directives.
• Inspect systems to confirm operation aligns with design and client requirements.
• Oversee scope development, work requests, scheduling, and inspections with external contractors.
• Respond quickly to emergencies and coordinate assistance as needed.
• Estimate resources, order materials, and manage work orders for repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document maintenance records.
