Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure building systems operate within design specifications and safety standards.
• Maintain an energy management program and preventive maintenance activities.
• Assist with emergency repairs and implementation of maintenance procedures.
• Adhere to safety policies for handling hazardous materials and maintain a clean workplace.
• Review building system inspections (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for proper operation.
• Share knowledge with team and lead by example within CBRE values.
