Job summary

Bayside Group is seeking Building Assessors to conduct condition assessments on publicly owned buildings across Victoria. You will travel to diverse sites, collecting data with tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, and capture the condition of building fabrics.

Ideal candidates will have experience with defect inspections, own a reliable vehicle, and hold a Working with Children Check. This role offers full-time hours and site-based work across Victoria.

Qualifications

• Experience with defect or condition inspections across large commercial buildings or multisite projects.
• Ability to travel and use data capture tools on-site.
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets and cameras for data collection.

Responsibilities

Due to an influx of new projects, we are seeking technical professionals with strong knowledge of building fabrics, fit out and defects to conduct condition assessment on existing buildings all across Victoria.

About the role.

As a Building Assessor, you will travel to a range of sites collecting data using tablets, 3D imaging cameras or smartphones, on the condition of publicly owned buildings in Victoria.

• Proficient with the use and basic troubleshooting of smartphones, laptops, tablets and cameras.
• Professional demeanor and the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
