Pinpoint Property Recruitment Pty in Melbourne is seeking a Contract Building Assessor / Asset Auditor to support a growing organisation across residential and commercial projects. The role offers autonomy, travel to project locations, and varied assessments on a casual/temporary basis.

You will conduct inspections, prepare detailed reports, identify defects, and liaise with owners, contractors, and project teams. Driving and flexibility to travel are essential.

Formación

• Experience as Building Assessor or similar preferred.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage own schedule and travel.
• Proficiency with relevant technology.
• Qualifications in building/construction/surveying.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct building inspections and assessments in accordance with standards
• Prepare clear, accurate assessment reports
• Identify defects, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns
• Liaise with owners, contractors, consultants, and project teams
• Provide professional recommendations and technical advice
• Travel to project sites across the Northern Suburbs
