Job summary

Unknown Timber Flooring Co. is seeking a dynamic, highly organized administrator to manage key builder accounts from sub-floor preparation to timber flooring installation.

The role reports to the Operations Manager in Thomastown and supports a busy admin team. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced administration setting coordinating trades, and possess excellent communication skills to interact with builders, clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced administration environment coordinating trades.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage key builder accounts and multiple jobs from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with Builders Supervisors, Clients and Management.
• Coordinate with installation teams and QA managers to support jobs.
• Ensure accurate project management and timely completion of tasks.
• Organise calendars, stock, job files, and weekly reporting.
