Job summary

Mirvac Group is seeking a Solution Engineer - Build to Rent to configure, support and improve the digital solutions powering Mirvac's BTR leasing, onboarding and resident experiences.

You will work within the Customer Platforms team, handling hands-on configuration, integration delivery and production support across StarRez, Workato, SDD and related applications to drive automation and better resident journeys.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as Software/Solutions Engineer or similar Hands-on role.
• Experience configuring SaaS platforms and integrations.
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, data mapping and integration monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Configure, maintain and support the StarRez platform, including PortalX and StarRezWeb.
• Build and update forms, workflows, notifications and processes for leasing, onboarding and resident services.
• Troubleshoot platform issues and incidents; support data integrity and defects.
• Maintain documentation and support procedures for platform configurations.
• Support integrations between StarRez and other platforms using Workato and SDD.
