Mirvac, Sydney-based property group, is seeking a customer-focused Leasing Executive to drive occupancy across our Build to Rent portfolio. You’ll guide renters from inquiry to lease handover, delivering a seamless LIV-branded customer experience and supporting leasing campaigns.

You will build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage renewals and lead negotiations, while maintaining accurate data in leasing systems.

Qualifications

• At least three years in real estate, property leasing or a target-driven sales environment.
• A current Real Estate Agent or Assistant Agent licence.
• Proven record of generating leads, converting opportunities and achieving targets.
• Customer-first approach and ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication, presentation, influencing and negotiation skills.
• Sound commercial judgement, analytical capability and report-writing skills.
• Excellent organisation and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, adaptable mindset and problem-solving ability.
• Experience with Salesforce, Yardi or StarRez highly regarded.
• Knowledge of relevant property and leasing legislation.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications desirable but not essential.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and exceed leasing and occupancy targets across assets.
• Respond to enquiries promptly and manage leasing pipeline from lead to conversion.
• Coordinate and host property inspections, representing LIV value proposition.
• Maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, lease terms and incentives.
• Lead lease negotiations and renewals with accurate information for handover.
• Collaborate with onsite teams to maintain presentation, performance and safety.
• Contribute to leasing campaigns and marketing materials for consistency.
• Build relationships with local businesses and corporate housing partners.
• Prepare reporting on occupancy, lead activity and market conditions.
• Monitor renter trends to identify opportunities and inform activity.
• Share learnings and improve systems and processes across the portfolio.
• Participate in project groups and other priorities as required.
• Work across multiple assets including evenings, weekends and holidays.
