Lady Elliot Island Eco Resort in Maroochydore, QLD seeks an experienced Chef de Partie to own a busy buffet kitchen on a remote reef island. You’ll prepare high-quality buffet dishes across breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts, and lead the setup and replenishment of buffet stations.

You’ll uphold strict food safety standards and contribute to daily operations while enjoying creative freedom to elevate menu presentation. The role includes unique island-life perks and arrangements.

Formación

• Proven experience in a busy kitchen with buffet service or bulk cooking.
• Strong eye for detail in preparation and presentation.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Flexibility across all service times.
