Job summary

Greatland Resources Limited is seeking a Major Works Coordinator to provide frontline leadership of brownfield projects and major maintenance activities at our Western Australia operations. You will lead client-side field teams, coordinate contractor mobilisation, manage plant interfaces and SIMOPS, and drive safety and performance culture across all work fronts.

The role is 8/6 FIFO from Perth, with duties spanning supervision, risk management, and ensuring works meet engineering specs,

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in supervisory/leadership roles within mining, maintenance, shutdowns or major projects.
• Trade qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, Structural or related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of fixed plant operations, brownfield project execution and shutdown environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline leadership and oversight of brownfield project execution and major maintenance activities.
• Lead client-side field execution teams and coordinate contractor mobilisation.
• Manage plant interfaces and SIMOPS and drive a safety-focused, high-performance culture.
• Coordinate supervision coverage, shift rosters, and contractor readiness and onboarding requirements.
• Review contractor execution methodologies to ensure safe and efficient delivery.
• Promote zero-harm culture through risk management and safety leadership.
• Monitor progress against critical path schedules and report to stakeholders.
• Drive schedule recovery initiatives to complete projects within timeframes and budgets.
