Greatland Holdings Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced project leader to oversee brownfield capital projects across structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation disciplines at our Western Australian operations. This hands-on role partners with operators, consultants and site leadership to define objectives, manage resources and align outcomes with business strategy.

The position requires a strong track record in mining or heavy industrial projects, with emphasis on safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 8+ years' experience within mining, mineral processing or industrial infrastructure environments.
• 5+ years' experience delivering brownfield capital projects.
• Experience managing projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Strong contract management experience with construction contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards for civil, structural, mechanical and electrical infra.
• Experience in scheduling, cost control, budgeting and forecasting.
• Experience managing engineering consultants and design contracts.
• Section 26 Statutory Supervisor certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead the safe delivery of sustaining capital projects from initiation through to commissioning and handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasts and resources to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate engineering, design reviews, procurement activities and construction execution.
• Oversee contractors and consultants to meet quality, safety and performance expectations.
• Engage stakeholders to define requirements and manage scope changes.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Standards and company procedures.
• Provide monthly progress and capital forecasting reports.
• Drive cost management through budgeting, forecasting and expenditure control.
• Promote safety leadership through contractor management and field activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset reliability and project delivery outcomes.
