Job summary

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (AJG) in Perth seeks a dynamic Team Leader to guide and mentor a small broking team. You will collaborate with brokers, insurers and Gallagher’s offices nationwide to deliver optimal client outcomes.

About the role

Based in our Perth office, we are seeking a dynamic Team Leader. This pivotal opportunity will be responsible for leading and mentoring a small team of broking professionals and utilising strong leadership skills to ensure the team gets the best outcomes possible for our clients. This includes, but not limited to:

• Partnering with Brokers, Insurers and Gallagher’s offices nationally
• Dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis both by visits, telephone and correspondence
• Management and growth of client portfolio
