Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to manage a significant portfolio of mixed clients in Australia. This role focuses on proactive account management, designing tailored insurance solutions, and delivering outstanding service in collaboration with a team that values expertise.

You will build strong relationships with clients and underwriting partners, manage budgets and debtors, and mentor junior staff while pursuing new business opportunities to expand Gallagher’s reach

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to mid to large Corporate/Speciality accounts.
• A sales oriented mindset with the ability to build a long term pipeline for new business growth.
• Strong account management experience in Corporate/Speciality insurance.
• A proven track record of delivering financial and operational results.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, paired with a driven, passionate and professional attitude.
