Job summary

Gallagher, a global leader in insurance broking, risk management and consulting, is seeking a role that supports growth by integrating new merger partners into the business. You will analyse vendor insurance portfolios, assist onboarding, and maintain governance with the Products & Partnerships team to drive successful M&A outcomes.

  • Manage national Personal Lines and Farm products, ensuring strong stakeholder engagement and optimal utilisation.
  • Maintain governance processes across Products & Partnerships and insurance partner markets.
  • Build effective collaboration with insurance partners and internal teams to align with Gallagher’s strategy.
  • Assist the Products & Partnerships team with BAU tasks and project work.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement aligned with business goals.

About the role

This role plays a key part in supporting Gallagher’s growth by helping new merger partners smoothly integrate into the business. You’ll analyse vendor insurance portfolios, support onboarding activities, and ensure governance standards are maintained. You’ll also work closely with the Products & Partnerships team to manage key national products and maintain strong relationships with insurance partners and internal stakeholders. Your contribution will help deliver successful M&A outcomes and drive ongoing improvements across the business.
