Job summary

Bridgit, a leading Australian fintech lender, seeks a Broker Marketing Manager in Melbourne to lead broker campaigns and partner marketing. You’ll manage CRM-driven communications, co-branded initiatives, and broker-focused content to grow awareness and submissions within Bridgit's broker network.

You’ll collaborate with sales, BDMs and product to deliver high-impact campaigns, track performance, and continuously refine activities to drive commercial value for aggregators and industry partners.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years in B2B marketing, ideally financial services or lending.
• Experience with aggregator/channel partners, co-branded marketing.
• Portfolio demonstrating B2B writing across email, articles, web, collateral and social.
• Excellent written communication; simplify complex financial topics.
• Experience sending emails via a CRM/marketing automation platform such as HubSpot.
• Collaboration with sales and external partners to refine creative assets.
• Strong ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute broker campaigns and co-marketing initiatives (EDMs, articles, landing pages, digital assets).
• Deliver co-branded campaigns with partners across white label channels.
• Develop broker-facing initiatives (product guides, use case campaigns, thought leadership).
• Manage broker communications through CRM, including lists and segmentation.
• Deliver partner events and trade activity from logistics to follow-up.
• Maintain partner/broker collateral to support campaigns.
• Turn broker insights into campaign ideas and sharpen positioning.
• Track performance via CRM data and report to Senior Marketing Manager.
