Bridgit is a leading non-bank lender transforming Australian property finance. We’re seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our mortgage broker network and drive new business opportunities.

You’ll guide brokers on loan structures, collaborate with aggregators, and help clients access flexible home equity solutions. The role rewards relationship-building, sales excellence, and strategic partnerships in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Background in residential mortgage lending and sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of mortgage products, credit criteria, and lending structures.
• Relationship-first mindset with the ability to build and nurture partnerships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence in group presentations.

Responsibilities

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with mortgage brokers.
• Collaborate with aggregator partners to maximise opportunities and align on mutual goals.
• Sales Excellence: Provide expert guidance on loan scenarios and lending structures as a trusted advisor to brokers.
• Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator functions and expand the network.
• Performance & Reporting: Achieve settlement volume targets and KPIs while ensuring exceptional service.
• Collaboration & Teamwork: Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and improve broker experience.
