Qualifications

• Proven experience in broker relationship management and business development within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of the broker market and lending products.
• Familiarity with NCC, FSR and Privacy obligations.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills.
• Commercially minded with ability to balance growth and risk.
