The Broker Development Manager will strengthen our accredited broker network and advocate for a lending proposition that supports members in achieving home ownership.

You will build lasting partnerships with brokers, drive sustainable growth, and ensure a balance between growth, risk and regulatory compliance while maintaining Bank First's

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broker relationship management, business development, home lending or financial services.
• Tier 2 accreditation and experience within retail banking, lending or broker distribution.
• Strong knowledge of the broker market, lending products and regulatory requirements, including NCC, FSR and Privacy.
• Exceptional relationship-building, communication and influencing skills.
• Commercially minded with autonomy and a proactive approach to delivering exceptional experiences while balancing growth, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strong relationships across Bank First's accredited broker network.
• Champion a purpose-led lending proposition that helps members access the products and support they need to reach their financial goals.
• Grow referral opportunities and partnerships while balancing growth with risk and compliance requirements.
