Bank First is embarking on a bold growth agenda and seeks a Broker Development Manager to deepen relationships with its accredited broker network. You will champion a purpose-led lending proposition designed to help members achieve home ownership and financial wellbeing.

In this autonomous, flexible role you will build partnerships, drive referral opportunities and balance growth with regulatory and risk considerations while delivering exceptional member experiences.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in broker relationship management, business development, home lending or financial services.
• Tier 2 accreditation and experience within retail banking, lending or broker distribution.
• Strong knowledge of NCC, FSR and Privacy obligations.
• Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills with brokers and stakeholders.
• Proactive, commercially minded approach balancing growth, risk and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with Bank First's accredited broker network.
• Champion a purpose-led lending proposition to help members access products and support.
• Develop partnerships, grow referral opportunities and drive sustainable outcomes for brokers and members.
• Represent Bank First and uphold exceptional service and responsible banking standards.
• Balance growth with risk and compliance requirements while delivering great experiences.
