Job summary

Altrad is seeking a full-time Technical Service Coordinator based in Brisbane to oversee field maintenance and service delivery across oil, gas, and energy operations. You will coordinate planning, scheduling, and execution with field crews, clients, and subcontractors to ensure safe, on-schedule performance and adherence to standards.

You will contribute to asset integrity and operational excellence while supporting work packs, cost tracking, and compliance with HSEQ requirements.

Qualifications

• Proactive, technically minded and solutions-focused professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination of field activities with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP/CMMS systems (SAP/Pronto/Maximo/JDE or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate gas field maintenance and service activities from planning through to completion and close-out.
• Schedule and allocate field technicians, equipment, vehicles, tools, and resources across sites.
• Support preventative, corrective, and breakdown maintenance programs for gas/oil infrastructure.
• Monitor progress, costs, and resource utilisation to meet objectives.
• Liaise with clients, field supervisors, vendors and subcontractors to coordinate execution.
• Raise and manage purchase orders, invoicing, progress claims and job costing.
