Job summary

Pra in Brisbane CBD is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own several customer SaaS implementations concurrently and drive them to go-live. This vendor-side role requires delivering with confidence while keeping scope, budgets, and resourcing on track.

The team works onsite in the Brisbane CBD and offers a fast-moving, autonomous environment. You'll manage multiple SaaS projects, control budgets and SOWs, lead stakeholder relationships, and start by early November.

Qualifications

• PM experience on vendor side with SaaS implementations.
• Proven track record delivering SaaS go-lives.
• Strong control of scope, budgets and SOWs.
• Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple customer-facing SaaS implementation projects through to go-live.
• Own scope, budgets and resourcing for T&M and fixed-price work.
• Manage SOWs and commercial changes with customers.
• Lead customer stakeholder relationships and maintain delivery confidence.
