CPP is seeking a proactive Resource Coordinator to join the QLD Operations team in Brisbane. You will coordinate travel, mobilisation, onboarding, and compliance for site personnel, while supporting project administration and procurement activities.

This role offers hybrid working options and the chance to improve processes using AI tools. Ideal candidates will have administration or coordination experience, strong organisational skills, and a willingness to visit project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, resource coordination or project support.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with attention to detail.
• Clear communication and ability to build positive working relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and willingness to learn new systems.
• Willingness to visit project sites as required with a current Australian driver's licence.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate resource schedules, travel and mobilisation with the Construction Manager.
• Support onboarding, training and compliance for site personnel.
• Organise vehicles, equipment and PPE and maintain registers.
• Raise purchase orders and track project orders.
• Liaise with payroll and escalate employee enquiries as needed.
• Improve spreadsheets and administrative processes.
