Job summary

Queensland South Native Title Services (QSNTS) is seeking an ICT Business Support Analyst based in Brisbane. This full-time, fixed-term role supports the Information Systems function by keeping ICT systems, hardware and software running securely and efficiently.

You will work with staff, management and external ICT providers to resolve issues, analyze requirements and enhance processes. You will help drive digital transformation, plan technology projects, and deliver workflow automation,

Qualifications

A qualification in IT/Information Systems or a related field.
Experience in ICT support, business analysis, troubleshooting and hardware setup.
Experience with Microsoft platforms and business systems; familiarity with MYOB, iManage and Monday.com.
Understanding of information security, privacy, ICT risk and business continuity.
Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
Current Queensland driver’s licence and weekend work availability.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day ICT and systems support, escalating to external providers when needed.
Set up, deploy and support ICT hardware, and maintain asset records.
Analyse business processes and recommend system improvements.
Support integrations, workflow automation, reporting and migrations.
Support ICT security, risk, data governance and disaster recovery.
Assist with planning and delivering ICT projects.
