Job summary

Miller Leith is seeking a commercially minded Territory Manager to own and grow an established Brisbane-based territory within the independent retail channel. This field-based role rewards relationship-driven sales, account management, and new business development, with autonomy to drive growth and a measurable commercial impact.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, you will grow revenue, strengthen retailer relationships, and expand distribution across the independent grocery channel.

Qualifications

• FMCG sales experience, ideally in independent grocery/retail.
• Proven ability to grow accounts and develop new business.
• Exposure to multi-site retail groups and broader retail networks is valuable.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and grow a portfolio of independent retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with store owners and buyers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities to expand distribution.
• Drive promotional activity, product ranging and in-store execution.
• Monitor stock availability, merchandising and product visibility.
• Implement territory plans to achieve sales targets and maximise growth.
• Manage territory calls across Brisbane with occasional regional travel.
