Job summary

Zwift International in Brisbane is seeking a driven Business Development Manager to own the Queensland hospitality market, focusing on Greater Brisbane. You will build relationships, run product demos, and manage the full sales cycle to close new business, with uncapped commission and a clear path to OTE.

You will be field-based, meeting venues face-to-face, visiting restaurants and taking ownership of your territory while representing Zwift at industry events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years sales experience in payments, POS or hospitality technology.
• Experience in SMB field sales or hospitality operators transitioning to sales is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills with a hunter mindset.

Responsibilities

• Visiting restaurants and hospitality venues across your territory to open doors.
• Building relationships with owners, operators and decision-makers.
• Running product demos and explaining the commercial value of the Zwift platform.
• Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through demo, close and onboarding.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Representing Zwift at trade shows and hospitality events.
