Job Title : Salesforce Functional Consultant

Job Location : Brisbane, QLD

Key Requirements:

5–8+ years of Salesforce functional consulting experience

Strong expertise in Service Cloud (mandatory)

Experience in Public Sector processes, Case Management, Licensing/Permitting, or relevant government workflows

Experience in requirement gathering, user story creation, functional design, and stakeholder management

Familiarity with Salesforce configuration (Flows, Omni‑Channel, Case Management, Knowledge, Approvals)

Experience working in Agile delivery models

Good to Have:

Certifications: Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, Business Analyst

Exposure to integrations and data migration
