Job summary

Chubb Fire & Security Australia seeks a seasoned Key Accounts Manager in Brisbane to lead strategic client relationships across Queensland. Based in Salisbury, you will travel to visit customers and drive service excellence and growth with major accounts.

You will leverage extensive knowledge of electronic security solutions, build strong partnerships, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored service solutions while managing contracts and invoicing.

Qualifications

• Electronic security industry experience and technical knowledge preferred.
• Experience managing key accounts in related sectors (fire, security, facilities).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding pricing and margins and their impact on profitability.
• Australian citizenship or PR and a current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen partnerships with existing customers and identify growth opportunities.
• Identify new customers by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Develop and execute targeted strategies aligned to business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and deliver service.
• Manage client contracts and compliance expectations.
• Ensure invoicing is accurate and follow up aged debtors.
• Provide weekly pipeline updates and forecasting.
• Focus on target segments including Health, State Government, Ministerial and Parliamentary Services and Corrections.
