Job summary

ILSC Education Group Brisbane seeks an enthusiastic Student Advisor to join our CBD campus. This full-time role involves advising international students, supporting accommodation needs, and coordinating intake and student services.

You'll work with a supportive team to ensure a smooth student experience from arrival through enrolment. The role requires strong communication, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for

Qualifications

• Experience working in an international college and/or school.
• Demonstrated customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical skills (database, Microsoft 365, PRISMS etc.).
• A passion for education and sensitivity to the cultural and language issues facing overseas students.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Student Advising.
• Supporting students on-campus by advising on cultural acclimatization and general academic issues.
• Supporting student accommodation requests (i.e. Homestay and student residence).
• Preparing for new student intake (ELICOS & VET).
• Facilitating academic and financial intervention and problem-solving (if required).
• Supporting agents by answering phone calls and providing course information.
