Job summary

Qualifications

• Must meet mandatory requirements and attributes as outlined in the RFSQ Rural Officer One (RFOO1) role description.
• Experience with volunteers and volunteer organisations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational and business support to local brigades and volunteers.
• Maintain strong customer focus and interact with brigades to support service delivery.
• Assist with training coordination, delivery and facilitation across the Area, District and Region.
• Support brigade governance, meetings and timely updates to stakeholders.
• Assist with planning, procurement, equipment maintenance, fleet and station activities.
