Job summary

Main Roads WA is seeking an experienced Project Contract Manager – Bridge Structures for the Perth Metropolitan Region, based at Don Aitken Centre, East Perth. The role leads bridge project contracts from scoping through design and delivery, ensuring scope, budget, time and quality adherence while guiding the bridge crew.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in structures design construction and/or maintenance and refurbishment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a bridge crew and allocate resources effectively.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Main Roads Bridge Crew to deliver Perth Metropolitan Region bridge projects.
• Provide specialist technical support for safe operation of construction and maintenance equipment and tools.
• Oversee scoping, design, delivery and review of structures projects and maintenance.
• Ensure final designs are reviewed and approved before implementation.
• Review contractor performance, surveillance and audits.
