Job summary

Stantec in Perth seeks a Principal Bridge Engineer/Team Leader to drive the bridge design team within our Transport Delivery group, delivering complex infrastructure projects for MRWA and PTA. You will shape the team's growth, set technical direction and ensure high standards in safety, quality, and delivery.

You will lead multi-disciplinary engineering assignments, mentor staff, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to achieve project outcomes and sector-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• CPEng or eligibility to become a Chartered Professional Engineer.
• Experience delivering multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of complex bridge projects and coordinate technical documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and develop the bridge team.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to secure project outcomes.
• Contribute to development of standards and specifications for bridge design.
• Plan and manage engineering assignments across multiple projects.
