Lake Imaging is seeking a Data Administrator/Medical Receptionist for its BreastScreen service in Geelong. The role combines administrative data work with frontline reception duties to support accurate BreastScreen results and timely patient communication.

You will handle patient inquiries, data entry into RIS, and confidential data processing, with training provided for BreastScreen specific typing and workflows. A supportive team environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Medical administration exposure.
• Strong interpersonal and empathetic communication.
• Understanding of medical imaging terminology is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Answering calls in a timely, friendly and professional manner.
• Quality checking and processing of client and clinical information.
• Timely provision of BreastScreen results to clinicians.
• Process, file and retrieve confidential data from screening sites.
• Transfer images to referring doctors and specialists.
• BreastScreen specific medical typing (training provided).
