Job summary

Lake Imaging is seeking a full-time Data Administrator/Medical Receptionist for our BreastScreen Geelong service. The role involves greeting patients, handling inquiries, quality checking medical data, and providing timely BreastScreen results.

Training will be provided for BreastScreen-specific medical typing and data workflows. You will work within a supportive team, managing confidential information and coordinating with referring doctors to ensure smooth patient experiences at our Geelong

Qualifications

• Medical administration experience is preferred.
• Strong people skills with empathy for patients.
• Understanding of medical imaging terminology.
• High accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and records.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet patients; represent Lake Imaging professionally.
• Answer incoming calls in a courteous, timely manner.
• Quality check and process client and clinical information.
• Provide timely BreastScreen results and data processing.
• Handle confidential data from screening sites and ensure correct transfer.
• Typing and documentation related to BreastScreen medical notes (training provided).
