• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of all equipment.
• Assists Senior Chefs with ordering, stock rotation and deliveries.
• Ensures health & safety, hygiene and sanitation standards are met as per standards.
• Complies with break management policy.
• Attends on-the-job and vocational training to enhance skills.
