Job summary

The Lodge Jamberoo in Jamberoo, NSW, is seeking enthusiastic Chefs and Cooks to join our kitchen team across morning breakfast and evening catering shifts. We welcome experienced hospitality professionals looking for flexible hours in a beautiful regional setting.

Qualifications

Experienced in commercial kitchens, catering or hospitality.
Reliable, organised and able to work independently.
Comfortable with busy breakfast or evening services.
Passionate about preparing quality food.
Able to maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards.
Positive, professional and team-oriented.
Car License required.

Responsibilities

Morning breakfast shifts – preparing and serving breakfast for lodge guests.
Evening catering shifts – preparing dinner and catering for groups, functions and lodge guests.
Food preparation, cooking and presentation.
Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Working efficiently as part of a small, friendly team.
Open to traveling to each of our venues to cater for events.
