Job summary

EVT is seeking an experienced breakfast chef to join our hotel kitchen team. This full-time role focuses on delivering a high-quality breakfast buffet and supporting lunch service in a busy hotel environment.

• Proven experience working in a busy hotel, club or similar environment.
• Experience across different sections with a strong understanding of bulk cooking and buffet experience.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and maintain consistency.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard.
