Job summary

EVT in Sydney is seeking an experienced full-time breakfast chef to join our kitchen team, focusing on breakfast and lunch shifts. You will help deliver an outstanding breakfast buffet and support the hotel team.

You should have proven experience in busy hotel or club environments, bulk cooking, and buffet service, with strong mentoring and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential.
